Is Gorilla casino legal in Ukraine: licence and status
The casino's operator is GORILLABET LLC, registered in August 2024. The brand operates on the Ukrainian market under the state regulator PlayCity (formerly KRAIL). However, the brand's regulatory record is not spotless. According to the Telegraf outlet, PlayCity fined the operator three times:
- October 2025 — ₴400 000 for delayed responses during financial monitoring
- June 2026 — about ₴4.3 million for late payment of the licence fee and admitting a person from the problem-gambling register
- September 2026 — ₴432 000 for using unlicensed software from foreign providers
The company is challenging the last two decisions in the Kyiv District Administrative Court.
